"This year, as part of my role for the Northland Secondary School Principals Association, I organised a conference for the Principals and their Secretaries in Paihia in the Bay of Islands.
As part of the conference I organised Professional Development for seventeen secretaries. Due to the fact that I had used RMC for a similar day last year, I was delighted that the same tutor was available to present two workshops to the group of ladies who were expecting top PD on the day.
It was a full-on programme with two sessions: Time and Stress Management and a specially tailored workshop on High Performance and You.
