Jeanette has developed her business over the last 20 years as a management consultant, specialising in human resources, industrial relations, public relations and general management. Her business now stretches the length of the country. Jeanette has also taught Political Studies at Waikato University and is a published author.

Jeanette was highly commended in the inaugural New Zealander of the Year Awards and publicly acknowledged for this achievement by the Prime Minister Hon. John Key at Waitangi on February 2010.

In July 2010, Jeanette was a finalist in the inaugural Next New Zealand Woman of the Year Awards (Arts/Culture Section - ACP Media).

Greg joined RMC after returning from a number of years overseas in England and Sweden. Based in our Paihia office, he is working in the IT and personal development training areas. Greg has an extensive background in IT, including training and web design, as well as the entertainment field, and has owned and operated a successful business in England.

Gaylene’s experience with RMC has been primarily in education, developing and delivering programmes to school groups and to the corporate market. Her involvement in the tertiary education sector includes 12 years with Northland Polytechnic managing their regional operations.

Frances has been with RMC for over 10 years and is based at the Whangarei office. She has experience in small business, early childhood and public sector work. Her strengths are in human resource management and helping with employment related problems.

Our resident consultant is a Human Resources professional with over 19 years generalist operational and specialist project management experience. Consultants from around the country also travel to Queenstown on a regular basis.
