Jeanette Richardson headshot

Jeanette has developed her business over the last 26 years as a management consultant, specialising in human resources, industrial relations, public relations and general management. Her business now stretches the length of the country. She has also taught Political Studies at Waikato University and is a published author.

In 2010 she was awarded the national award for "Outstanding Contribution to Tourism" by the Tourism Industry Association of New Zealand, and in 2011 she was appointed as an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to the community of New Zealand.

Jeanette works regularly in Northland and Otago (and everywhere in between!)


GAYLENE HARRIS

Gaylene's experience with RMC has been primarily in education, developing and delivering programmes to school groups and to the corporate market. Her involvement in the tertiary education sector includes being the contracted Education Manager for the Treaty grounds at Waitangi. it also involved the development of Maori performing arts which included recruiting and training young people. She also had responsibility for general Human Resource matters undertaking bi-cultural and leadership training at all RMC offices.

BLAKE RICHARDSON

Blake joined RMC in 2006 and is based at the Auckland office. He specialises in event management, marketing and administration. Blake has completed a business diploma specialising in human resources, and he has completed a Bachelor of Education degree. Blake is also involved in presenting RMC training courses.

CAITLIN RICHARDSON

Caitlin has been on the RMC team since 2006. She has completed a business diploma specialising in human resources, and she has completed a Bachelor of Education degree. Caitlin is working in the human resources, sales and marketing areas. Her role includes communicating and liaising with RMC staff and clients regarding staff training and other employment related RMC services. Caitlin has experience in event management and fundraising.
