Jeanette has developed her business over the last 20 years as a management consultant, specialising in human resources, industrial relations, public relations and general management. Her business now stretches the length of the country. Jeanette has also taught Political Studies at Waikato University and is a published author.

In 2011 she was appointed as an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit in the New Zealand Royal Honours New Year 2011 List. This honour was for services to the community of New Zealand.

In 2010 Jeanette won the New Zealand Tourism 2010 Award for Outstanding Contribution to Tourism, and was highly commended in the inaugural New Zealander of the Year Awards in Februrary 2010. She was publicly acknowledged for both these achievements by the Prime Minister Hon. John Key.

In the same year Jeanette was also a finalist in the inaugural Next New Zealand Woman of the Year Awards (Arts/Culture Section - ACP Media).

Greg joined RMC after returning to New Zealand following a number of years overseas in England and Sweden. Based in our Paihia office, he runs the IT department and trains IT and personal development courses. Greg has an extensive background in IT, including training, programming and web development

GAYLENE HARRIS

Gaylene’s experience with RMC has been primarily in education, developing and delivering programmes to school groups and to the corporate market. Her involvement in the tertiary education sector includes 12 years with Northland Polytechnic managing their regional operations.

Richard joined RMC in 2011 and is working in Human Resources, Organisational Development and General Management. He has worked extensively in both the private and public sectors - as a generalist HR consultant in the UK, Tertiary Manager in NZ, Management Advisor in the Pacific, and as an HR advisor to the Royal Civil Service Commission in Bhutan.

Blake joined RMC in 2006 and is working in the human resources, sales and marketing areas. He is studying towards a business degree, and is currently completing a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies majoring in Human Resource Management.

CAITLIN RICHARDSON

Caitlin has been on the RMC team since 2006.  She is currently completing a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies majoring in Human Resource Management. Caitlin is working in the human resources, sales and marketing areas. Her role includes communicating and liaising with RMC staff and clients regarding staff training and other employment related RMC services. Caitlin’s background is in education and she has experience in event management and fundraising.
